All Alteco garden rooms come as standard with:
- Four inch solid concrete base on radon barrier and 50 mm XPS Foam Insulation.
- Laminate finishing floor.
- Six inches timber frame insulated walls with OSB 11 mm, magnesium board and T&G cladding externally, and vapour barrier plasterboard, tape and joint plaster and paint internal finish.
- Seven inches insulated roof rafters, 18 mm waterproof OSB boards covered with 25 years warranty EPDM membrane.
- Plasterboard on ceiling, tape and joint plastered and painted.
- Aluminium double glazed sliding doors (windows).
- All electrical connections and fixtures (main switch board, four sockets, three switches, lights six external and one inside, low wattage electric heater, electric ventilation fan).
- Gutter and down pipe.
- Site clearance and rubbish removal.
